The railcam is a remote dolly upside down driving on a rail. This rail is attached to a standard truss.
The dolly is driven by a motor unit which is mounted on the end of the rail. There are also stop sensors installed to avoid a collision against the end of the rail.
Driving the railcam is controlled by use of a joystick.
